while the Von Zipper team was still hard at work in the wee hours Saturday morning, a tropical storm blew through Southern California and Angels Stadium. International anti-money laundering laws are in place to help stop terrorists moving money around the world does it stop it? Do terrorist groups even need huge amounts of money it has been proven time and time again that you can buy an AK47 for just a few euros in many parts of the world and I am sure they that it costs even less to make a bomb. Oh they need it for the planning? Excuse me this is terrorists that are planning it not the US congress they do it for no salary so why does it cost to plan?
So why is the whole world the normal people of this world made to suffer why is the whole world affected by anti-money laundering laws and why have we got them.
That is so simple it is there to protect the dollar no other reason, it is to stop people sending the dollar outside the US because it would affect the American economy.
Try selling online internationally it is a nightmare unless you use PayPal a US company others have tried to set up to challenge them but every way they turn they are blocked by money laundering laws.
So how does this protect the dollar? Well the whole system is set up so that only American companies can easily do international money transactions Western Union, PayPal etc all transactions get turned in to dollars where ever your sending them.
They also make it easy for these companies to be used by people that want to sell from the USA to other countries, but it is very difficult for them to make it easy for people that want to sell in to the US and nearly imposable if you live in a country where goods are much cheaper than they are in the US, Because this would mean cheap goods being sold online and lots of dollars leaving the US.
Take the Philippines where you can buy a 2 litre bottle of Coke for just 30 cents clothing 2 dollars for top brand T-Shirts, 8 Dollars for top brand jeans, a pack of 20 cigarettes just 30 cents, Fakes no it is just wages are low so prices are low.
This means people in the Philippines can sell these goods online and bring a lot of money into a country that needs it so much. But they can’t or not with out big problems and very high costs they get because of the laws imposed on them and the companies they use to take payments.
PayPal can only be used to buy not sell there are others but it is a nightmare trying to get the money into the Philippines so much red tap and costs because of the AML laws, One of the reasons they said that PayPal could not be used for selling was it would take money out of the country? Huh you can buy from abroad but can’t sell is not buying from abroad sending money out of the country. Selling would mean a small percentage would go out but a lot more would come in. when this was explained the reply was as it always is Anti-Money laundering laws.
So it is clear to see they only work one way, so I take it that if there is terrorists in the US it is OK for them to be funded from outside the US because the US earns from it, but if you want to buy goods from a non-terrorist outside the US you can’t because that costs the US, or are they saying that selling goods in to the US is a act of terrorism.
For them to enforce such desperate measures shows they are really fighting to save a currency that must be on the brink of collapsing.
My advice if you have a dollar account or investments in dollars, is get them out now before you lose them all.

PayPal in the Philippines as in many countries can only be used to buy and not to sell one of the main reasons they state is anti money laundering laws made by the US when the hell did it come in that US law is the law all over the world its not every country has it own laws, but try not to stick to what the US says and the bully boys come out, like the FBI hounding E-Gold about money laundering laws, They don’t apply to E-Gold because they don’t deal in money, but the FBI hounded them so much in the end they went along with them.
The reason for the US government stating the Philippines for money laundering is nothing to do with money laundering at all it is fighting to keep the dollar as the world’s top currency. The whole reason the US went to war in Iraq are threatening Iran because they want to trade oil in Euros.
They have stopped many good British payment gateways trading in the US, Nochex, PPPay, and Moneybookers is very hard to us in the US all because of so called money laundering laws. More like a country running scared of the dollar collapsing.
As for PayPal great payment gateway for buyers but for sellers it’s a nightmare as a Englishman with a English bank account I could and did use PayPal but never again.
If a buyer claims he never got the goods or calls his money back before delivery PayPal takes the side of the buyer in every case. Proof of delivery even a signature means nothing to them they still go against the seller.
I lost over 40,000 peso because of money call backs by people using Paypal and they still trying to get another 20,000 from me that I won’t pay I am lucky UK law prevents them from taking it from my bank account those in US have had their banks emptyed by PayPal see www.paypalsucks.com
Sorry I know a lot of Filipino’s dream of the day paypal comes here for buyers but they will cripple you with the Philippines lack of laws to protect you and the fact a normal man can’t afford to take a court case they will bankrupt you.

The US has issued the latest in a series of warnings to Iran, telling Tehran to stop helping Iraqi militants make lethal bombs to attack US troops.
Undersecretary of State Nicholas Burns said US forces had detained several Iranians suspected of providing weapons technology to Shia insurgents.
They in fact have only caught 5 so is this down to Iran’s government or is it more likely that some Iranians dislike the fact that their neighbours have been invaded and have gone to help the Iraqi freedom fighters, the same as the British helped the French in WWII.
I would have thought that the more the US makes warnings and threats to Iran the more Iranians will worry about their own country being invaded and the more likely they are to think we have to go to Iraq and damage them as much as we can before they come across the border.
Why do America never stop and think if this happened to them if they got invaded would we not fight for freedom or would they wave flags in the street as they thought Iraq would, if it was Canada got invaded would there not be Americans going across the border to help fight the invades of cause there would in the thousands, what is different there is none.
